x. Before the story begins
xx. A quiet gentle breeze blew through the grounds of Hogwarts. Bright green grass blades quickly shivered in the soft breeze. The sun was up, though it was not a warm sunny day. It was slowly becoming chilly and the leaves were beginning its transformation into brilliant colors of yellow, red, and browns. The atmosphere was blank for no students' laughter filled the air or any commotion was taking place.
x. It is such a sin
xx. A slightly tall slender girl was taking a quiet stroll on a brick pathway that led to the center of the area. In that center, was a fountain, with owls statues squirting out water through their beaks. Their wingspan sprawled out in great detail. The girl was wearing muggle clothings, since everyone here has seem to be taking a liking to wear muggles clothes on the grounds. She wore a simple dark washed jeans and a shirt with some random logo on it.
x. For me to take what's mine
xx. This girl's face was alluringly very beautiful. Her skin was nearly snow white, her nose was slightly pointed and small. Her lips were thick and full, covered with a clear coat of lip gloss. Her eyes was the most unique however. The irises were colored in the hue of teal green and the black pupils were in the shape of slits, like a snake's eye. Her eyelashes were long and curled up. She wore black eyeliner around her eye, making her eyes pop out in contrast against her pale skin.
x. Until the end of time
xx. Her hair was colored dark deep black, and it's styled in a three layers, each layer flipping outward. Her body frame was skinny, but not bony skinny, just normal skinny. Her body is completely very flexible for some odd reason, even herself could not explain why. This girl hails from the house of Slytherin, and she is currently in her 7th year. And her name is Darcy Castor.
x. We were more than friends
xx. The sorting had already taken place and now she had to deal with all of the new Slytherin fresh meats, thinking that they are all cool and so rad because they're in Slytherin and think that they can do everything right but one thing that this girl hates about the first year Slytherins, they are very annoying when they think you're the idol of their lives.
x. Before the story ends

Why he was outside, Travis Montague did not know. His body was craving sleep, even though he had slept a solid nine and a half hours the night before. Then again, he was a male teenager, which meant he could sleep for days and still be tired. Still, the fact that it was cold was usually enough to make him stay indoors. And yet, there he was, roaming the grounds aimlessly and paying no attention to his surroundings. His head was bent so that his eyes were focused on the ground, watching as his feet made slight impressions on the grass. He had no idea where he was headed, but he figured he’d end up somewhere sooner or later and he could decide what he was doing when he got there.
With every step Travis took, his dark blue jeans brushed together and broke the silence that had fallen on the grounds. He stuffed his hands into the pockets of the black jacket he wore to keep them from swinging at his sides - he hated that. As he walked he enjoyed the silence that surrounded him. A quiet walk around the school was a rare thing, and Travis decided that it was actually nice that he came outside today. It was better than being stuck in the common room with all the other Slytherins.
After a few more minutes Travis looked up, hearing the sound of water hitting water. He straightened up and ran his long fingers through his short brown hair, looking for the source of the sound. It only took him a moment to see the fountain. 'Is that new?' Travis thought, not remembering every seeing it before. He shrugged it off, knowing that he probably wouldn't know half of what was around Hogwarts. He usually only focused on things directly associated with himself and not much more.
As he studied the fountain he saw another person, looking like she was doing the exact same thing he was doing - nothing. He looked her over quickly, trying to decide whether to greet her or insult her. The fact that she looked familiar didn't help him figure out which house she was in, so he walked closer to the fountain. Either he'd have a little fun and torment a Gryffindor, or he'd have a morning conversation. He was up for either right now.

x. And I will take what's mine
xx. Darcy's light green eyes watched as the water danced around. Darcy could've sworn that this fountain was new. Though it seemed pretty to Darcy, although she rarely ever considers anything pretty. Darcy heard some rustling, it was very faint. At first she ignored it, but then it grew louder. Her hand moving to her wand hidden within her pants' pocket, the handle was slightly just poking out.
x. Create what God would never design
xx. A figure appeared into her view, it was a tall handsome man with prominant features. His eyes seemed to sparkle in contrast to his skin. Darcy stuided him quickly, normally she wouldn't have noticed anyone let alone study them. Darcy looked back into the water, watching her own reflection. Her black hair swept around her face as the wind blew.
x. Our love has been so strong for far too long
xx. Darcy gave out a little shiver, seeing that she was out in the season of early autumn with only a shirt and jeans. She didn't think about getting a jacket. But oh well, at least she enjoyed the chilly atmosphere. Darcy took another glance at the man's face. He seemed to be pondering, as if he was htinking about what house Darcy was from. From his motives it seemed like he was from Slytherin as Darcy's sixth sense had told her.
x. I was weak with fear that somehting would go wrong.
xx. Darcy stuffed her left hand into her one of the pant's pocket. "I'm Darcy Castor and I'm from Slytherin." said Dracy, finally speaking up after this little awkward silence between the two. She studied his features once again and she found him to be well... good looking. God, what was she doing? She had never done this before, admitting to herself that a guy at first glance was handsome looking. That was rare for sure. She never really judged on a person based on their appearance, but that didn't mean that Darcy would like to get know to them first.
x. Before the possibilities came true

Travis slowed his steps, the tips of his fingers tapping eagerly on the handle of his hidden wand. He watched the girl stare into the fountain, completely oblivious to anything around her. She would be an easy target if he chose to jinx her. The thought made his lips twitch in anticipation. As he watched he continued to walk closer, his pants still scraping together. The noise was clearly overheard by the girl and he noticed the slight movement in her pocket, where her wand was most likely to be. He stopped in his tracks and his fingers started to curl around the thin wooden handle in his pocket, just in case.
He saw her look at him and her appearance took him by surprise. She was pale white, with striking green-coloured eyes that were unique. The black make-up and hair made her face stand out more than anything and he paused, his breath caught in his throat for a moment. He realized what he was doing and hastily blinked – tearing his eyes away momentarily, a slight scowl appearing on his face. He still had no idea who he was looking at. What if she was a muggle born – or a Gryffindor? He shook his head and scoffed quietly, turning back to look at her. Thankfully she was back to looking at the fountain. He took the chance to study her stance and how she held herself, hoping it would narrow down her house.
He was saved the trouble when she looked back again. ‘I’m Darcy Castor, and I’m from Slytherin.’ Automatically his hand unclenched his wand and he took another step, nodding his head slightly. “Travis Montague, Slytherin,” He introduced himself proudly, standing by the fountain now. His scowl transformed itself into a charming smirk and he inclined his head towards the girl. “And why are we outside on a day like this? Without a jacket no less,” He asked her, motioning to her bare arms.
He seized the chance to look her appearance over, now that he was close enough. Now that he looked at her he could tell she was a Slytherin - definitely. If anything, her eyes with the slitted pupils told him.

x. I took the possiblities from you
xx. Darcy was right, he was from Slytherin. Her eyes darted around for a minute, her face expression impassive. Her green eyes looked away fro a second, now that she knows for sure that he's in Slytherin, Darcy was gald that she this man was not from any other house or muggle born. She didn't think how she would ever survive with herself to actucally even think of anyone being handsome.
x. I almost laughed myself to tears
xx. Darcy heard his question, “And why are we outside on a day like this? Without a jacket no less,”. A small flutter of smile appeared on her face. So, Darcy was not a cold girl as it seemed. The smile was considered very cute and michievious. The Slytherin girl looked at Travis, "I don't know actucally, I guess I didn't except it to be that chilly..." muttered Darcy, her voice once again crystal clear.
x. Conjuring her deeping fears
xx. Darcy looked over Travis, now that she found out that he was a Slytherin, his handsome features seemed to struck out more than ever. 'What the hell am I doing?' thought Darcy inwardly to herself. Really, right now she really wished that she had a control over her overly-emotional female hormones. But nooo... The world didn't world that way and just decided that all female should be very emotional and have a love bug bite them at least a month.
x. Must have stabbed her fifty time

Travis watched the water, waiting for her reply. At the angle he was standing her could see Darcy’s reflection in the fountain, somewhat rippled but more or less visible. He saw the smile grace her lips and it brought a whole new look to her. The smile wasn’t like a child’s, attempting to be cute and, for lack of a better word, cuddly. No, Travis could see the hint of mischievous and cunning thoughts that went with being Slytherin. In his opinion, that smile was better than any cute, innocent one. He liked it.
The corner of his lips curved as the reflection of the girl moved, her lips forming words as she replied to his question in a surprisingly clear voice for a mutter. “Well, I guess you were wrong,” Travis said simply, looking away from the rippling reflection and instead focusing on the actual girl. She was looking back at him again. He pursed his lips slightly, taken aback by her intent watching.
“So, why have I not seen you around before? He questioned her, torn between keeping her gaze or looking away – just in case it was awkward for her. “I usually try to get to know my fellow housemates,” He added, trying to make conversation. And honestly, he was curious. Was she new? Or had she always been hiding from everyone else? Not that she had a reason to…

x. I can't believe it
xx. Darcy's hand moved to her pockets, stuffing them in for warmth. Her slitted pupil eyes continued to look at him, studying his deep dark eyes and his light ruffle of chocolatly brown. Darcy could see how travis was torn between keeping her gaze or looking away. She nearly almost let out a small chuckle, seeing that Travis was having a slight bit trouble on how to look at her. She still kept her gaze at Travis, not really caring about anything at this moment.
x. I ripped out her heart right before her eyes
xx. "You haven't seen me around before? Hmm... Probably because I don't try to interact with other people, I think a large majority of the people here and in hte muggle world are immensly very annoying. " said Darcy, "I guess you'll call that hiding from everyone else." said the slender girl. She's not really what you call a social butterfly, but she can be one if she wanted too. She had made some friends, two of them very unique, and those two particular friends are baslisks. Darcy seems to be very connective to snakes, especially basklisks whom she had learned parseltongue from.
x Eyes over easy, eat it, eat it, eat it
xx. How did she come across these two basklisks, you might ask. Darcy's father was very abusive, and had thrown her a pit with the two basklisks to punish her for doing something that was considered "good" And that basically made the girl who she is now today. Her father had started this throwing into the pit thing when Darcy was only 4 year old. Very young to be punished harshly. "I haven't you seen around either... And I find that strange." said Darcy.
x. Cause I always knew that my little crime would be cold

Another rush of cold passed over the fountain area and Travis saw Darcy’s hands slip into her pockets. Every motion she made drew his attention back towards her and each time he had to force himself to look away. She wasn’t like other people he had seen, she stuck out so much compared to them. When she started talking again he just gave up and looked back at her. Continuously looking back and forth was beginning to strain his eyes anyways.
‘I guess you’ll call that hiding from everyone else.’ Travis blinked and he eyed her suspiciously. She seemed to be very in tune with her surroundings as she mentioned exactly what he had been thinking. Still, he couldn’t believe that she should hide from people. She seemed sure of herself, and not like someone who really cared about other’s opinions. But maybe Travis just couldn’t read people well.
Travis heard Darcy’s final comment and he thought for a moment. “As do I, seeing how I’m always around. I’m very sorry I haven’t met you ‘til now though.” He replied sliding his fingers through his hair, trying to flatten some pieces that the breeze had misplaced.

x. That's why I got a heater for your thighs
xx. Darcy was indeed sure of herself, but she didn't need any of the people's crap to listen to and waste time. Though she does do some tortmenting on many people when they didn't even know that there is actucally a person tormenting them. Darcy smiled when Travis talked. It was that same michievious cute smile that was unique to the snake eyed girl. “As do I, seeing how I’m always around. I’m very sorry I haven’t met you ‘til now though.”
x. And I know, I know, it's not your time
xx. Darcy let out a small mix of giggle and a chuckle that sounded really somehow natural. He was charming for sure. If he was trying to purposely charm her, then it was working. He was for sure different from all of those annoying boy who only tried to either ask her out for a date to the prom and she had turned them all down because they are well... annoying. But Travis wasn't annoying as far Darcy could see. And she liked him.
x. But bye, bye

Travis glanced around the empty grounds as he stood there, unsure of what to say. For some odd reason he wasn't talkative today. Perhaps it was because it was still early for him, or maybe it was because he wanted her to talk more. She seemed quiet compared to some of the Slytherins who always liked to speak their minds. In a way, he didn't mind. Those who talked all the time sounded like gits more than anything, and he despised it. He scanned the area for a second more, thinking of something to say - anything really.
She brought him back to looking at her when she laughed; a pretty laugh at that. He held back a chuckle of his own, surprised that she had let out such a gentle sound. "Cute," He commented silently under his breath, lowering his head as he mumbled. He closed his eyes for a moment and then raised his head slowly.
"What would you say to a walk around the school?" He asked Darcy suddenly, deciding he wanted to do something, but at the same time he didn't want to leave her company. Not just yet at least. "I think I'd like to get to know you a bit more," He added with a crooked smile.
